I enjoy assisting adolescents, adults, and military families in understanding their life experiences and uncovering their full potential. My professional expertise focuses on the challenges brought about by anxiety, anger, depression, life transitions, chronic pain, and family conflicts. In particular, I love helping teens overcome their struggles with behavioral issues and serving the specific needs of military families.
